Watch out for the anti-spam filter
We have found out that a considerable number of messages sent by Enel to various suppliers has remained without a reply due to the e-mail client configuration of the receiver. What happens, in a few words, is that important messages coming from Enel’s e-mail addresses, such as tenders invitations, are considered “unwanted mail” by the anti-spam filter of the receivers.
To solve the problem, we invite you to check that the e-mail messages coming from the addresses:
are not considered unwanted e-mail and, if so, that the e-mail client’s configuration is changed in order to exclude the addresses mentioned above from those to be filtered.
